On Thursday, August 3, 2017, FTC experienced a critical electrical system failure, resulting in an outage of all FTC services. Voice and digital television services were immediately restored. However, it took FTC approximately three hours to restore all Internet services. Our network management team responded immediately and worked diligently to resolve the issue.
