The described services are available from Farmers Telecommunications Cooperative, Inc. or its wholly-owned affiliate, Farmers Telecommunications Corporation, depending on the geographic location of the subscriber. Both companies are referred to herein as FTC. All services are provided subject to the following documents, as applicable: FTC’s Standard Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, DMCA Policy, Price List (subject to the advertised discount) and/or Tariff. FTC’s Unlimited Long Distance Services are available to Residential customers only and are provided subject to FTC’s Standard Terms and Conditions and FTC’s Price List (subject to any advertised discount). These documents can be found at www.farmerstel.com.  Unlimited Long Distance Service is for typical domestic voice use only. It does not include 900 calls, 800 services, Calling card calls, International calls, Directory Assistance, Operator Assistance, multi-line conference calls, chat services, or data services. Standard rates apply for these services. All long distance calling areas are limited to the 48 continental United States, plus Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands. Long distance is not intended for use to connect to Internet service providers, data providers or information services. Commercial facsimile, auto-redialing, resale, telemarketing, and general business use are strictly prohibited. While FTC does not apply arbitrary limits on typical long distance usage per month, should FTC determine, in its sole discretion, that usage is not consistent with typical Residential voice usage patterns and is abusive of the Service, FTC reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict or terminate the long distance service, or to bill future excessive usage charges at the per minute rate included in this Price List, without further notice. The Company reserves the right to block permanent Call Forwarding in connection with the use of Unlimited Long Distance Service. Rates do not include applicable taxes and fees.

*The $6.50 federal Subscriber Line Charge is included in the monthly rate for all Residential bundled services offered by Farmers Telecommunications Cooperative that include local telephone service. The Subscriber Line Charge is an allowed customer surcharge that is regulated and capped by the FCC and was previously listed separately on your telephone bill.

**FTC’s base Broadband Internet Access Service is based upon the best available speed technically allowed by the serving network – up to 400 Mbps download and 400 Mbps upload speed, unless otherwise specified. Uninterrupted or error-free Internet service, or the speed of your service, is not guaranteed. Actual speeds may vary by customer based upon time of day, network congestion, customer equipment and other factors. Services offered are subject to FTC’s Standard Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy. Some areas are not technically capable of receiving this service. Please call FTC’s Customer Service for details regarding service availability in your area.
